Kisasa FC opened their pre-season campaign with a lively first friendly against Ambassadors, offering an early glimpse into the team’s identity under Coach Brice.
After final words on communication, enjoyment, and discipline, Kisasa started on the front foot. The breakthrough came early, following a strong save from the keeper, sparking a quick transition that led to the club’s first-ever friendly goal. A small moment, but one that drew real energy from the bench.
Ambassadors responded quickly, turning the score to 2-1, but Kisasa stayed composed. Morris brought the game level before going on to deliver a standout first-half performance, completing a hat-trick with confident, well-taken finishes. Much of the attacking rhythm flowed through Peter in midfield, who dictated play and linked effectively with the front line.
Clear signs of potential, personality, and a team beginning to take shape.
At halftime, the positives were clear: attacking movement, energy, and growing chemistry. Defensive organisation and communication remained areas to improve.
The second half saw heavy rotation and a visible drop in intensity. Fatigue began to show, and while there were bright moments — including a strong run from Beckett and a few set-piece opportunities — Kisasa struggled to maintain control of the game.
The match ended 3-2 to Kisasa, on the back of an overall performance which offered plenty of encouragement.
